We’re committed to ensure our industry and the local community in which we work prospers alongside us.

Rural Fire Service

There is no fire and rescue service coverage in some rural areas of Queensland, Australia. The Rural Fire Service is the volunteer side of Queensland Fire and Emergency Services and provides fire protection services to regional towns including our own.

On our property at Jondaryan, Queensland, our team have partnered with the local Fire Brigade to keep the township and local farms safe. Our General Manager acts as the Fire Warden for Jondaryan and several of our team members are volunteer firefighters.

Jondaryan Woolshed Association

Jondaryan Woolshed is a National Heritage listed shearing shed located adjacent to the main entrance to our property in Jondaryan, Queensland. Once part of a working pastoral station, today the Jondaryan Woolshed is a tourist destination for the Darling Downs.

We also support the Jondaryan Woolshed Association on various projects to help its mission on educating the public on its history and to bring tourism to the local area.

Royal Flying Doctors

The Royal Flying Doctor Service provides vital primary health care and 24-hour emergency service to people that live and work in regional and remote parts of Australia.

Our Managing Director, Lachie Hart, sits on the fundraising committee and volunteers his time to ensure this vital rural medical service remains fully funded.

Yalari

Yalari is a not-for-profit organisation that offers quality, secondary education scholarships at leading Australian boarding schools for Indigenous children from regional, rural and remote communities. We also sponsor a place at a Brisbane school for indigenous children through Yalari.

We have a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve because varied skills and insights make for a stronger business.

We also regularly support schools, sporting, family and other fundraising activities within Jondaryan and the Darling Downs.
