Marketing Executive (Parental Leave Cover)
We’re seeking an experience Marketing Executive as a full-time parental-leave cover (12 months) reporting through to the Marketing Manager. You’ll join a close-knit and collaborative team responsible for building the brand of Australia’s most awarded beef. The primary purpose of this position is to provide marketing and coordination support for the Marketing Team, with responsibilities for brand building in some of our key markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recommend and implement the most appropriate marketing strategies and initiatives for maximising brand and product awareness.
- Deliver creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet marketing objectives.
- Execute brand building initiatives such as events, training and tours, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging at all touchpoints.
- Assist in delivering internal events, from coordination through to evaluation and reporting.
- Produce engaging marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters and presentations.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for Stockyard’s website and social channels, also in conjunction with agency support and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team and marketing team to identify marketing trends and key opportunities for brand and product
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/questionnaires
- Support other members of the marketing team on various marketing activities and assist with the daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Report and measure success of marketing initiatives. Update spreadsheets with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or business-related field.
- Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar applications
- Proven experience in coordinating marketing activities with a focus on events, digital marketing and campaign management.
- An excellent communicator, you’re not phased presenting to a group and you’re a great written storyteller.
- Strong organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- You’re a great collaborator with cross-functional teams and external partners and can work independently with a willingness and confidence to manage deadlines.
- You consider yourself a foodie and have an interest in how your beef is produced.
