Export Documentation Coordinator
This role plays a key part in supporting our export and domestic shipments - ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and delivered on time. You’ll work closely with internal teams, customers and logistics partners to keep everything moving smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing export and domestic documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates etc.)
- Reviewing shipment details to ensure accuracy across systems and documents
- Coordinating with processors, freight forwarders, shipping lines and government bodies
- Ensuring documentation meets regulatory, customer and internal requirements
- Managing freight invoices and resolving any discrepancies
- Maintaining organised records to support audits and customer requests
- Supporting shipment coordination, order entry and general logistics activities
- Assisting with sales support and general office administration as required
We’re looking for:
- Experience in export documentation, logistics or supply chain (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Confident communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
Experience in agribusiness, food production or exports will be highly regarded but not essential.
