SureTRAK

SureTRAK is a genetic testing system that is used to ensure the complete traceability of meat through the production chain.  SureTRAK uses an animal's unique DNA profile to track identity from the packaged meat product back to the individual animal.

Through the use of SureTRAK, the customer can take comfort in the fact that all product can be traced throughout the complete Stockyard production chain.
