Awards
Stockyard beef has won numerous awards and is well recognised as the beef of choice of many of our finest international chefs.
The Award of Outstanding Excellence
April 2008 saw Stockyard receive another award for our Gold sirloin. The award was given to complement the GOLD MEDAL FROM SYDNEY ROYAL FINE FOOD SHOW 2007. This is awarded to product taht is superior to other gold medal winning items in its category. RAS president Rob Vickery was quoted as saying 'winning a gold medal at the fine food show means the product is of world class standard'. The award of outstanding excellence is not given annually, but only to product that the judges believe has excelled in its class and is truly outstanding food. Stockyard Gold sirloin was the only product to receive this award across all meat categories.
